Muhammad Sarfraz Muzaffar

Mr. Muhammad Sarfraz Muzaffar, a founder Chairman of TIMES University, Multan and Chief Executive Officer of Ali Bin Usman Private Limited (Sponsoring Body for TIMES University Multan) has an extensive experience of running higher education imparting organization disseminating knowledge in multiple disciplines ranging from humanities, social sciences to pure sciences.

Owing to his background knowledge due to qualification in Administration and Law, managerial and organizing skill speak of his visionary and futuristic approach. All these abilities motivated him for launching educational projects from the college level to institute level and ultimately establishment of a University.

TIMES University Multan is the major project for promoting professional education in multiple disciplines for the people of Southern Punjab. He, being the Chairman of Al Seyal Educational Trust has always been very keen to awarding talent scholarships to the deserving and outstanding students.

Leadership of the CEO is captivating and inspiring due to transformational leadership style. He has a positive ethos that demonstrates his ethical behavior rather than his emotions and thoughts. Another characteristic of his leadership is that of sufficient emotional intelligence which is important in understanding the stakeholders of the organization. He has always been in an effort to change the lives of leaners to that of leadership. All these traits have made him in habit of thinking outside the box and come up with an organization looking forward to ever new challenges.



Warda Naseem

Continuous personal and professional development is critical for the organizers of the top level as that of Ms. Warda Naseem, Executive Director, TIMES University, Multan. Having education of Business Administration to the Masters level, she has always proved her leadership skills, practices and abilities which make her more effective in her roles and contribute more to the organization.

She being particular about self-assessment, has always been instrumental to the new plans and projects. Having an inquisitive and innovative bent of mind her aptitude towards research and finding new ways for moving forward in the ever new branches of knowledge makes her different from the rest of the team. She always seeks to reflect on her leadership role, evaluates its based on transformational leadership theory to define goals and actions needed for her to develop her leadership potential.



Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shaukat Malik

Dr. Muhammad Shaukat Malik has earned his MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi in the year 1990 and thereafter PhD in Business Administration. He is a certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has served as Vice-Chancellor, Govt. Emerson University, Multan and University of Layyah, Layyah. In addition to holding the most important managerial and administrative positions for about 33 years, he has a unique credit of establishing Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), BZU, Multan collecting all financial resources from the corporate sector.

Moreover, Dr. Malik is an author of more than 139 Research Papers published in National and International Journals on various business, economics, political and international etc. issues. He has presented his Research Paper at best universities of the world i.e. Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard and got great recognition. He has also won world renowned publisher” Emerald” literal best author Award of his publication in 2018. He has produced 03 PhD and about 132 MS/MPhil graduates in the field of Business Administration till date.



Muhammad Ismail

Mr. Muhammad Ismail currently as Registrar, TIMES University, Multan has a strong background with reference to his multi-dimensional experience in the field of teaching and administration. Owing to his unique experience of working as Chairman, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore, Chairman, Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen and that of Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Pakistan makes him versatile and practical in his approach.

He being the sole responsible for holding seal of the University is always keen to the discharge of his duties within the framework provided under the Act. His responsibilities have assigned him the role of a manager as well that of the advisor. He believes that everyone opinion should be placed before the Competent Authority so that appropriate decision may be taken at appropriate time.



Faizan ul Haq Muhammad

With 28 years of senior management experience, Mr. Faizan ul Haq Muhammad brings a wealth of expertise in Learning & Development, HR, Financial Management, and Strategic Leadership. As he holds postgraduate qualifications from the UK, he has the honour of being a member of several UK Chartered professional institutions.

Currently, he serves as Head of Alpha College UK and teach Business and Finance at Aston University Engineering Academy and Goldsmiths Institute Aston University, Birmingham, UK. His leadership roles include board-level positions, overseeing large budgets and complex organizational structures. His academic contributions are note-worthy as a member of different organizational structures regarding improvements in academic and professional areas. As he is always pupil focused and result oriented, his role as a faculty is the most distinctive and productive.
